Yes, there are public parking lots on either side of Bannister's Wharf, at the Newport Harbor Hotel and Marina and at the Mooring's Restaurant. However, on busy summer days these lots can fill up quickly. The Newport County Convention and Visitor's Bureau offer a larger parking lot which is located on America 's Cup Avenue about a ten minute walk from Bannister's Wharf.
